Watch this video to see a piece of incredible time lapse photography which seamlessly combines images from 6 GoPro cameras to give the illusion of a cyclist travelling around a tiny planet.

Whether you read it in the original French, the English or Spanish translation (or any of the more than 190 languages into which it has been translated) you may just wonder whether German photographer Jonas Ginter gained his inspiration for these amazing GoPro 360° panorama videos after reading ‘The Little Prince‘ by Antoine De Saint-Exupery. First published in 1943 this incredible little book has sold more than 200 million copies, making it one of the best selling books of all time. View it in English on Amazon.com.

How It Was Made

The mount on which the six GoPros where attached was made using a 3D printer. For more information about the construction of the images and the technology used, take a look at the photographer’s website. It’s truly fascinating – you may not understand the German but the illustrations help it make sense!
